Grand Design proposes to meet these goals with the following project estimate, as discussed with the client:
- Use a graphic, tabbed menu design, supplemented by images requested by client.
- Use client's current logo, supplied in digital format, on the website's home page and all interior pages. Colors of home page and secondary pages will match current company color scheme, and some custom graphic work will be required.
- Proofread client's content materials supplied in digital format. Make necessary grammatical and spelling corrections, and format to the site design.
- All photos supplied by client in digital format, with backup hardcopy materials sent for reference. Use Adobe Photoshop to correct any photographs for lighting and color for best appearance on typical computer monitor.
- Between 25 and 30 pages of text and images to contain company contact information, FAQs, Privacy Policy, all product descriptions, technical specifications, and photographs.
- Set up and configure a custom form allowing visitors to opt-in for occasional newsletter containing notifications of new products, seasonal discounts and special promotions.
- Set up and configure a custom form allowing wholesale clients to request a direct contact from a company representative via phone or email.
- Use of numerous external Javascript files, adding client-side interactivity to the site.
- Provide maintenance services to client by administering webhost server and web-based email user accounts and groups. Adding additional materials within present structure, including text modification and new photos. Maintenance to be provided for at an hourly rate, billing client every two months, or every quarter.

This project is fairly representative of a small business. In this model, we look at a business dealing in a product line of considerable physical size requiring installation by technicians. As such, no online credit card processing will take place.
This is a marketing site, not an e-commerce site. The client needs little copy editing, no hard copy conversions, but will require photographic preparation services, programming features, and some custom graphic work to complete the stated objectives.
Accepted Price: $2250.00 + domain name registration + monthly hosting fee to webhost company + monthly maintenance fees.
